EUROBIN ELECTRICAL service history begins 1988 by establishing service ITS Boban. Service was established in the premises where it is today. 2005th ITS Boban moved to Eurobin electrical due to the volume of work for which it was demanded a more modern and contemporary service.
As products and home appliances, service has followed the evolution of all the improvements and has grown into a modern company equipped with the most modern equipment for diagnostics. We install only original spare parts. The primary objective was and remains QUALITY.
Eurobin electrical service currently employs 16 employees, including 10 employees in the field, 4 employees in the workshop, and 2 employees in the call center. In such way all three primary functions of successful services are fully covered.

We own fleet of eight new and modern vehicles, and personnel fully trained to cover up to 100 interventions per day. Each team is equipped with complete tools and spare parts necessary for the solution of almost 90% of problems on the very first intervention.
Mandatory part of service is used for all complicated interventions, as well as for testing potentially problematic device. Sophisticated devices for diagnosis as well as modern tools allow us to freely say that the impact of our service is 99.99% fixed failures.
Customer service has a modern call center system promptly providing users the necessary information. There are 5 income phone lines to prevent problems in getting connections with service numbers. Friendly and technically trained staff solves on the first call a majority of problems arising from poor interpretation of the instructions or ignorance on appliances that makes the user doubt on malfunction of appliances.
